St. Matthew's Church of Scotland, Perth - Growing, Knowing, Going & Showing, in God
EDUCATION

As well as our continually evolving programme of educational activities for children, St. Matthew's is also very keen to develop opportunities for adults to question and discuss their faith and doubt.

We have two bible study groups on a Wednesday and a Thursday morning at 10:30am, as well as a housegroup that meets on a Tuesday and a very up to date and well-stocked library open most Sundays.

We have also held the Living the Questions Course
(Check out the videos below)
There are no immediate plans to run this in the coming weeks and months, simply due to commitments in other areas of church life.  However, those who were part of this course this time around found it to be one of the best Christian Education Courses they'd ever attended.
Watch this space for when we shall be running another one!

Some of the content includes:
Stories of Creation
Lives of Jesus
Evil, Suffering and a God of Love.
Social Justice: realizing God's Vision
Prayer: Intimacy with God
Compassion: The Heart of Jesus Ministry
Embracing Mystery.
